Status update as of Friday the 1st of September 2017.
As of the 1st September 2017 all entrants who entered the 2017 events electronically have been refunded via our payment processing agent. The refund will be repaid in full to the credit card/bank you used to pay for your entry.
We are told by our payment processing agent that refunds should enter your account within 5-10 working days.
All deferred entrants from 2016 have been refunded manually and cheques were issued and posted out last week.
All entrants of the 2017 event who paid by cheque have been refunded manually and cheques were issued and posted out last week.
Cheques have been posted out to the address you used when you entered the event.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused and ask that you contact us via email@example.com if you have not received your refund by the 14th of September 2017.
