Looking forward to seeing you all on Sunday. Hopefully the weather will not be too hot!!
There will be plenty of water available – as well as water to cool you down. Please feel free to bring your own sponges as we are unable to provide them.

We are going to endeavour to position at least 1 bucket of water at each drinks station which can be used to wet headgear or your own sponges if any of you are carrying any.

Massage sessions will be available in the school library area (this will be signposted) after the races.
Cost – £5 for 10 minutes.

We were unable to obtain sponsorship this year for the isotonic sports drinks, therefore these have had to be bought in.
Sports drinks have been obtained from Booker cash & carry, it is their own brand (Euroshopper??!!). I have used it before and found it to be ok.
Apologies if you were expecting a brand name but due to the current financial climate we have had to go with the next best option.
